      WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

      We currently have fulfilment centres/ warehouse storage in multiple countries. Specifically Australia, Canada, United States, Netherlands & China. All attempts are made to ship from our closest centre to you. If we are unable to do so due to limited stock or any other reason your order will be sent from our main centre, in China.

      DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

      Yes, we currently offer free worldwide shipping, to over 40 countries. We use well known international and local carriers to ensure your parcel arrives promptly & unscathed.

      HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE? 

      Shipping typically take from 7-12 business days for EU countries. For others up to 30. For a chart summarisation of how long orders may take to reach you, please visit our Delivery page.

      WILL MY ORDER BE TRACKED? 

      Yes, every order is given a unique number which will be sent via the customers email once your order has been dispatched. This tracking number can be tracked via the 'track my order' page on our site or directly via 17track.net

      WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS? 

      We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal. UrbanDayor does not collect or store credit/debit card numbers or any personal information when you make a payment. 

      THE STATUS OF MY ORDER SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT

      WHY ARE MULTIPLE PRODUCTS SENT SEPARATELY? 

      This may arise for a number of reasons. Many of our pieces come from different centres around the world, so certain items cannot be packed together without incurring extra costs. Also many of our popular items which are in constant demand may fall into the latter side of the specified order processing time. On the occasion your order is sent together a specific tracking number will be allocated to each. 

      IS MY DATA PROTECTED? 

      The credible e-commerce service provider, Commerce HQ deals with payment processing. Sensitive payment information is not seen by UrbanDayor as the aspects are dealt with by CommerceHQ. The only information available to us regard the billing and shipping addresses. 

      WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? 

      All orders are shipped as soon as centre has processed the order. Order processing involves; payment processing, quality control; picking & packing. The process can take up to 3 business days; as many of our intricate designs undergo various quality checks to ensure the best quality possible for customers. 

      CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM? 

      We offer all customers a 15-day refund policy. If you are not pleased with your item please send it back for a money-back guarantee. Read our returns policy for more details

      Yes, all of our clothing items are unisex and are suitable for both Men and Women.

      We currently offer FREE shipping worldwide with no minimum order value.

      CAN I AMEND MY ORDER? 

      Order processing starts quickly after the initial order is made, to ensure customers receive items as quickly as possible. 

      THERES SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER 

      For order cancellations or adjustments please email dayorlondon@outlook.co.uk. If said cancellation/adjustment is made after the shipment it will not be accepted, and the customer must approach the return process. Please email us directly at dayorlondon@gmail.com and we will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. 

      WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTIES/TAXES? 

      Depending on the laws, governing you country of residence you may be required to pay a sum amount upon delivery.
