      At UrbanDayor we pride ourselves in customer service/ satisfaction. If you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase we give all customers the opportunity to return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. Please note, attempts to return or exchange items outside this said period will be deemed as expired and will be refused. As a business we are aware that occasions may rise where we are unable to fully meet your expectations, so offer both returns and exchanges to provide you with an ongoing enjoyable shopping experience.

      DEFECTIVE ORDER
      In the unfortunate event that the product you:
      1) receive an item that is deemed as defective (clearly torn, broken or unusable)
      2) receive a completely different product from original order. (Order Product A but received Product B)

      A customer has the right to receive the original order with no extra cost, dependant on product availability. In the case the product is not available for any reason; the customer (upon request) can receive any product(s) totalling the original order amount; be refunded with store credit; or be refunded be refunded the total amount to the original method of payment.


      All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Any orders made using split payment methods (part gift voucher, part other payment method) will be refunded firstly to the voucher and subsequently the remaining balance to the original method of payment.

      PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT EXPECTATIONS
      1) Size does not fit customers measurements
      2) Slight colour difference from product images
      3) Slight pattern variation from product images
      4) Material quality does not exactly meet customers expectation
      5) Customer simply wants to exchange or return product for no adequate reason

      RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
      1) Attempts to return or exchange items outside the said 30 day period will be deemed as expired and refused
      2) The customer will bear the cost of the return shipping to the original warehouse locations or any other reasonable location specified by Urban Dayor
      3) All items must be returned in their original condition, unaltered & clean & in their original packaging with original barcode and tags attached.
      4) For hygiene and sanitation purposes refunds/exchanges will not be accepted on underwear or swimwear if they have been removed from packaging, or pierced jewellery if they have been used or removed from packaging, as they are unsatisfactory of quality standards or unusable.
      5) All returners must provide a return tracking number. Once this has been provided the return will be executed.
      6) All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Any orders made using split payment methods (part gift voucher, part other payment method) will be refunded firstly to the voucher and subsequently the remaining balance to the original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear on statements depending on the bank.

      Returned products which fail to meet set specifications will be deem as unsatisfactory and will be posted back.
