At UrbanDayor we pride ourselves in customer service/ satisfaction. If you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase we give all customers the opportunity to return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. Please note, attempts to return or exchange items outside this said period will be deemed as expired and will be refused. As a business we are aware that occasions may rise where we are unable to fully meet your expectations, so offer both returns and exchanges to provide you with an ongoing enjoyable shopping experience.

DEFECTIVE ORDER
In the unfortunate event that the product you:
1) receive an item that is deemed as defective (cracked, torn or unusable)
2) receive a completely different product from original order. (Order Product A but received Product B)

A customer has the right to receive the original order with no extra cost, dependant on product availability. In the case the product is not available for any reason; the customer (upon request) can receive any product(s) totalling the original order amount; be refunded with store credit; or be refunded be refunded the total amount to the original method of payment.

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Any orders made using split payment methods (part gift voucher, part other payment method) will be refunded firstly to the voucher and subsequently the remaining balance to the original method of payment.

PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT EXPECTATIONS
1) Size does not fit customers measurements
2) Slight colour difference from product images
3) Slight pattern variation from product images
4) Material quality does not exactly meet customers expectation
5) Customer simply wants to exchange or return product for no adequate reason

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
1) Attempts to return or exchange items outside the said 30 day period will be deemed as expired and refused
2) The customer will bear the cost of the return shipping to the original warehouse locations or any other reasonable location specified by Urban Dayor
3) All items must be returned in their original condition, unaltered & clean & in their original packaging (if applicable) with original barcode and tags attached (if applicable).
4) For hygiene and sanitation purposes refunds/exchanges will not be accepted on underwear or swimwear if they have been removed from packaging, or pierced jewellery if they have been used or removed from packaging, as they are unsatisfactory of quality standards or unusable.
5) All returners must provide a return tracking number. Once this has been provided the return will be executed.
6) All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Any orders made using split payment methods (part gift voucher, part other payment method) will be refunded firstly to the voucher and subsequently the remaining balance to the original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear on statements depending on the bank.

Returned products which fail to meet set specifications will be deem as unsatisfactory and will be posted back at the customers cost.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We currently ship all products from our warehouse storage located within the United Kingdom.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we currently offer worldwide shipping, to over 40 countries. We use well known international and local carriers to ensure your parcel arrives promptly & unscathed.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Shipping typically take 1-3 business days from dispatch to the United Kingdom (including Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland), 4 - 8 business days for all other EU countries. WILL MY ORDER BE TRACKED?

Yes, every order is given a unique number which will be sent via the customers email once your order has been dispatched. This tracking number can be tracked via the 'track my order' page on our site or directly via 17track.net

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal. UrbanDayor does not collect or store credit/debit card numbers or any personal information when you make a payment.

THE STATUS OF MY ORDER SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT

WHY ARE MULTIPLE PRODUCTS SENT SEPARATELY?

This may arise for a number of reasons. Many of our pieces come from different centres around the world, so certain items cannot be packed together without incurring extra costs. Also many of our popular items which are in constant demand may fall into the latter side of the specified order processing time. On the occasion your order is sent together a specific tracking number will be allocated to each.

IS MY DATA PROTECTED?

The credible e-commerce service provider, Shopify deals with payment processing. Sensitive payment information is not seen by UrbanDayor as the aspects are dealt with by Shopify. The only information available to us regard the billing and shipping addresses.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped as soon as centre has processed the order. Order processing involves; payment processing, quality control; picking & packing. The process can take up to 3 business days; as many of our intricate designs undergo various quality checks to ensure the best quality possible for customers.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We offer all customers a 15-day refund policy. If you are not pleased with your item please send it back for a money-back guarantee. Read our returns policy for more details

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We currently offer FREE shipping within the United Kingdom (via first class or second class signed for). £8 international tracked delivery to all other countries (+2 for every extra item)

Order processing starts quickly after the initial order is made, to ensure customers receive items as quickly as possible.

THERES SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER

For order cancellations or adjustments please email dayorlondon@outlook.co.uk. If said cancellation/adjustment is made after the shipment it will not be accepted, and the customer must approach the return process. WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTIES/TAXES?

Depending on the laws, governing you country of residence you may be required to pay a sum amount upon delivery.
